Welcome to My CryptoVault. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the My CryptoVault investment platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Platform Overview
My CryptoVault is an investment platform founded in 2019, collaborating with professional and verified traders who invest funds into the crypto, forex, and stock markets. Our team employs time-tested trading strategies to generate profits for our community of investors. We prioritize transparency, security, and financial growth.
2. Risk Disclosure
Trading and investing in financial markets—including cryptocurrencies, forex, and stocks—carry significant risk. While we strive to deliver consistent profits, you acknowledge that investments are subject to market fluctuations and there is no guarantee of returns. In the event of any capital loss, My CryptoVault is not liable for any financial loss or damages incurred.
3. Deposit Terms
- All deposits must be made through the official platform or to the wallet address displayed on our website.
- Deposits should not be sent directly to any unauthorized wallet or individual.
- My CryptoVault is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect or unofficial wallet addresses.
4. Investment Policy
- Minimum investment period is 7 days. Early termination is not allowed within this window.
- Daily returns are accumulated based on the ROI (Return on Investment) until the full cycle ends.
- If an investment is not stopped by the user after maturity, the system continues to auto-invest earnings.
- Profits from matured investments are moved to your available balance for withdrawal or reinvestment.
5. Withdrawals
- Users can request withdrawals at any time from their available balance.
- Each withdrawal request incurs a 2% processing fee, deducted from the requested amount.
- Requested funds are frozen until approved or declined by the admin.
6. Account and Activity Monitoring
- My CryptoVault reserves the right to monitor user activity for security and fraud prevention.
- Suspicious activity may result in temporary account suspension or permanent ban.
- Accounts involved in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities will be terminated without refund.
7. Platform Termination
In the event of operational challenges or threats to our system’s integrity, My CryptoVault reserves the right to pause or terminate services at any time. While we aim to provide advance notice, this may not always be possible. Users are encouraged to regularly withdraw profits and stay informed through our announcements.
8. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate information during registration and verify their identity if required.
- You are responsible for securing your account credentials and login details.
- Users are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts for abuse or manipulation.
9. Modification of Terms
My CryptoVault reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
